The Williams residence is home to a growing family who needs a design that brings warmth to cold Boston winters. One resident has a severe allergy so material selections must be hypoallergenic. Another resident is wheelchair-bound so the residence must be ADA compliant. The penthouse is located within the Four Seasons in Back Bay. The color palette is inspired by the client’s favorite color: maroon, International style, and Mid-Century Modern style. The final design evokes feelings of luxury and tranquility.
